Japan enters a state of emergency

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe will announce an emergency situation in the country since April 8.
A state of emergency in Japan in connection with the coronavirus could last six months.
This measure will allow local authorities to require the citizens not to go out, to abandon the events, to comply with hygiene requirements. However, there are no penalties for failure to comply with such requirements and recommendations in Japan not provided.

First of all, the emergency mode will affect the largest cities - Tokyo and Osaka, and prefectures Chiba, Saitama, Kanagawa Prefecture.
